Fulfillment Policy for

At Knox Technology, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with our structured cabling, access control, camera systems, and phone systems installations. Below are our policies on refunds, delivery, returns, and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy
We strive to meet your expectations with every project. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically issued in situations where there are clear deficiencies in the quality of our work that cannot be remedied through repair or adjustment.

- **Non-Refundable Services:** Design consultations, custom installations, and any service that has been fully delivered and accepted by the customer.
- **Refund Process:** Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method.

2. Delivery Policy
Our services typically involve on-site installation and configuration. We work closely with our clients to schedule installations at a mutually convenient time.

- **Service Area:** We provide services within [geographic area]. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
- **Timeline:** Installation timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. We will provide an estimated completion date during the project planning stage.
- **Shipping of Goods:** If your project includes physical products such as cameras, access control devices, or phone systems, these will be delivered to your site as part of the installation process. Shipping fees, if any, will be communicated during the project quotation.

3. Return Policy
Our services are highly customized to meet the specific needs of your business, so returns are generally not applicable. However, we do offer support and adjustments to ensure that installed systems are functioning as intended.

- **Defective Products:** If any product we supply is found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist with warranty claims and facilitate replacements.
- **Service Adjustments:** If there are issues with the installation, we will address them promptly to ensure your system meets the agreed-upon specifications.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that project needs may change, and we offer flexibility when possible. 

- **Cancellation Before Installation:** If you need to cancel a project before installation begins, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred for custom orders.
- **Cancellation During Installation:** If a project is canceled after installation has begun, charges will be applied for work already completed, and any custom-ordered materials will be billed in full.
- **Subscription Services:** For any ongoing services or monitoring agreements, cancellations require 30 days' notice. Any prepaid amounts for services beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
